Marketing & Sales Manager - (Defense, Armed Forces)

Marketing & Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Identify
and generate new business opportunities in the Defense Sector.
Develop
both short-term and long-term business strategies.
Incorporate
customer feedback into product and business development.
Develop
marketing materials, processes, and systems.
Market
and sell defense-customized products and stationary power plants.
Proven experience
in Defense sector sales & marketing.
Expertise in
tendering (RFI, RFP, EOI, bidding) and e-procurement portals.
Strong skills
in business development and stakeholder management.
Ability to create
and execute business plans for Defense and Power Plant segments.
Proficiency in
technical presentations and proposal writing.
Participation in
national exhibitions/events to generate leads.
Capable of
managing order closures and ensuring project payment follow-up.

Skills & Requirements:

3-6 years of
experience in Defense/ Armed Forces.
Strong understanding
of defense and Armed Forces market dynamics.
Good knowledge
of local areas and market dynamics.
Excellent communication
and negotiation skills.
