Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing department and drive brand visibility, dealer engagement, and revenue growth. This is a key leadership position responsible for planning, developing, and executing effective marketing strategies across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing plans for IT products, services & solutions.
• Lead a team of marketing executives and coordinate with branch managers.
• Create and monitor digital and offline campaigns, offers, and promotions.
• Manage dealer communications, product launches, and exhibitions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Oversee content creation, branding, and social media performance.
• Report marketing KPIs and insights directly to the CEO.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as Marketing Manager / Head
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Deep knowledge of IT product market trends
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools & CRM software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and Malayalam

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
