Marketing & Sales Head

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to develop a deep understanding of our OTC products, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and effectively communicate the features and benefits to Healthcare professionals. You will execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, implement marketing initiatives to increase product awareness, and drive sales growth. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in Healthcare facilities will be crucial, along with providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. You will conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive products, using insights to develop targeted sales approaches. Additionally, you will conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding of our products. It will be essential to prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing sales activities, achievements, and challenges, utilizing data to make informed decisions and improve sales performance. Collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, is key to ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Adhering to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities is a fundamental requirement. A Bachelor's degree, proven experience in healthcare/medical sales or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and presentation abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential qualifications for this role. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends is also preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus. The ability to commute/relocate to Landran, Mohali, Punjab, is required. A minimum of 10 years of experience in field sales is preferred. Working location will be in person.,
