Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive with 3–4 years of

experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM management. The ideal candidate will

possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience executing marketing

and sales initiatives that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing and sales campaigns across multiple channels
• Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and outreach efforts
• Manage leads, pipelines, and performance tracking using CRM tools
• Follow up on leads, conduct regular touchpoints, and maintain accurate customer data
• Prepare reports on campaign performance, conversion metrics, and ROI
• Identify new business development opportunities and contribute to client acquisition strategies

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in marketing and/or sales roles
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with email marketing tools, campaign tracking, and basic design software
• Strong interpersonal, client communication, and presentation abilities
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
