Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Project Head for a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai. The Marketing Project Head will oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for upcoming real estate projects. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, overseeing branding initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing objectives. The role also involves coordinating with external stakeholders like advertising agencies and vendors to ensure impactful project promotion and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Brand Management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects
• Expertise in Market Research and Data Analysis to drive decision-making
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Social Media Campaigns, and Advertising
• Proven ability to manage budgets and prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
