Maintain and update lead databases (CRM or Excel). Track progress from inquiry to closure. Prioritize hot leads and ensure timely response. Regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients. Coordinate between client and internal teams for samples, catalogs, and clarifications. Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on client needs. Coordinate with pricing and procurement teams for customization and feasibility. Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules. Work towards converting leads into confirmed orders.
