Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated

  360° marketing strategies

  for real estate projects in Chennai.
• Manage overall

  marketing budgets

  and allocate resources effectively across channels.
• Lead and coordinate

  cross-functional teams

  including digital marketing, creative, PR, and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  stakeholders, partners, and vendors

  .
• Analyze

  market trends

  , competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks.
• Oversee

  content creation

  for all marketing platforms and campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and execute

  data-driven optimizations

• Plan, organize, and execute

  property launches, exhibitions, and promotional events

• Ensure

  brand consistency

  across all materials, communication, and customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with the

  sales team

  to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in

  Marketing

  ; experience in

  Real Estate

  preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

• Proficiency in Tamil

  (verbal and written) preferred.

• Strong English communication skills
