We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Presentation and Due Diligence Analyst to join our team. This role involves preparing high-quality PowerPoint presentations and responding to due diligence questionnaires. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a willingness to learn about the private equity, private credit, and real assets industry. Key Responsibilities : PowerPoint Presentation Preparation : Create and maintain compelling and visually appealing PowerPoint on topics including economy, firm, alternative fund industry and strategies offered by Edelweiss Alternatives that effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders. Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) Responses : Assist in the preparation and coordination of due diligence questionnaires, ensuring accurate and timely responses. Research and Analysis : Conduct research and gather necessary data to support presentation content and DDQ responses. Collaboration : Work closely with various departments, including investment teams, compliance, and marketing, to gather information and ensure consistency in messaging. Quality Control : Ensure all Presentations and DDQ responses meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and professionalism. Documentation : Maintain organized records of all due diligence materials and presentations. Learning and Development : Continuously expand knowledge of the private equity, private credit, and real assets industry to enhance the quality of deliverables and contribute to the teams success. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Strong analytical and research skills.
