Senior Research Executive

Position Title: Senior Research Executive (Quantitative)

Nature of work: Project Delivery

Reporting to: Group Account Director

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Management • Manage research projects from Proposal to Delivery with support from senior team members. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Quality and Timelines • Oversee data collection, validation and tabulation processes Research Design & Analysis • Contribute to Questionnaire design , sampling plans and research methodologies • Conduct data checks, ensure accuracy and reliability of outputs • Perform statistical analyses using software such as SPSS, Quantum, etc. • Utilize advanced techniques such as regression analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, multivariate analysis and conjoint analysis. • Interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights and recommendations. Reporting & Presentation • Develop comprehensive research reports and presentations. • Create detailed charts, tables, and graphs to visually represent data findings. • Write clear and concise executive summaries highlighting key insights. • Present research findings to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable recommendations. • Customize reports and presentations to meet specific client needs. • Ensure all reports and presentations are accurate, professional, and visually appealing. • Communicate complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner. • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on research findings. • Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Client Servicing • Organize and participate in client meetings • Prepare and communicate client project status updates • Create project details for clients • Ensure client compliance requirements are met
