Job Title: Head of AI/Tech Lead Location: New Delhi Department: Data Science / AI & Innovation Experience Level: 8-10 years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Head AI who can lead the AI/data organization, setting tech strategy, overseeing all four projects (panel app, VRA, synthetic data, B2B report automation). Be hands-on initially and build the internal team. Key Responsibilities: Mentor and grow AI/ML engineers, devs, and data engineers. Architect end-to-end solutionsmodel design, data pipelines, tool integration. Coordinate with business teams to define AI use cases and deliverables. Manage vendor relationships and ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams. Lead hiring, roadmap planning, and quarterly prioritization. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. 8-10 years in AI/data engineering, 2-3 years in team leadership. Experience with generative AI, computer vision, NLP, LLMs, modern dev stacks. Strong decision-making and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in deploying models using MLOps best practices. Knowledge of responsible AI frameworks and ethical considerations in AI development. Experience with real-time data processing and streaming analytics (e.g., Kafka, Spark Streaming).
