The strong background of the leadership team and the employees allow us to deliver very high-quality service.Job Description -As a Field Executive in the Market Research industry, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational aspects of research projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the field interviewers/field investigator/freelancers for fieldwork, managing data collection, and ensuring project timelines are met. You'll work closely with the Associate Operation Manager/Operation Manager, and other team members to deliver high-quality results efficiently.Overseeing a team and ensuring that the operation in their territory/location is aligned with the overall organizational goals, strategies and client projects deliver on timely with fully satisfaction.Duties and Responsibilities Working closing with the operation teams, Associate Operation Manager/Operation Manager, field interviewers/field investigator/freelancers, for smooth delivery/ progressing well. Working closely with client and reporting manager on required reports and data. Executing and scrutinizing in all the gap areas of field/project planning. Handholding with other team members if required. Calling for status or updating to field team. Coordinate, mentor and support multiple teams across different projects and location. Planning, budgeting, forecasting and training on time to time on field as per the requirement of the Project. Prioritise and schedule daily and weekly tasks to reach their goals and complete the work on time. Ready to travel across the territory assigned/region/locations. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Sending regular updates to internal and external stakeholders about the activities performed as and when required. Implementations of new SOPs and ensure that all the SOPs set are rigorously followed. Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization. Perform other related duties as assignedEducational Qualifications Requirements -Any bachelor's degree.Special Skills - Leadership skills. 2 years of MIS reporting experience preferred Should have good communication skills in mailing and F2F. Good interpersonal skills. Should be Tech savvy (should be well conversant in operating smart phone/tab/laptop/ any new gadgets) Stability in career Open to travel Age limits up to 30 years Conflict resolution skills, big picture thinking and vision. Ability to perform under stress and pressure. Self-motivated, Self-starter, Time management skills. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Team management skills, good planner and executor. Training & development.Job Experience required 2+ years of experience working with a market research agency. Have experience of handling of multiple teams/big team size, multiple locations. Worked at least for 1 years on ground/field.
