Marketing Manager

to lead brand-building and growth initiatives across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and oversee campaigns that drive engagement, community growth, and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute events, product launches, influencer collaborations, and PR activities.
Drive community building and engagement, creating compelling brand storytelling.
Track and analyze marketing metrics, generating reports and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.
Lead brand development initiatives, including tone, voice, visual identity, and messaging.
Develop and implement 360° marketing strategies across digital and offline platforms.
Oversee creative content production including ad copy, campaigns, social media, videos, websites, and blogs.
Plan and manage performance marketing, SEO, and organic growth strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints.
