Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to drive sales and lead generation for the US and Mexico markets. This role focuses on telecalling, email campaigns, CRM management, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (American accent preferred), experienced in sales-driven marketing, and capable of automating workflows using tools like N8N and other CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute telecalling campaigns to generate and qualify leads in the US and Mexico markets.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and follow-ups.
  • Set up and manage marketing automation workflows using tools like N8N, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems to ensure accurate lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve lead conversion and ROI.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales goals.
  • Develop processes to streamline lead nurturing, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Keep up-to-date with US and Mexico market trends, lead generation strategies, and automation best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in telecalling, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms and workflow automation (N8N experience preferred).
  • Fluent English with clear communication; American accent preferred.
  • Proficiency in designing and managing automated marketing workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills to track campaigns, leads, and conversions.
  • Ability to work independently on a night shift (9 PM – 5 AM IST).
