As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our range of products and services. Reporting directly to the Director and Company Founder, you will be responsible for leading a team and collaborating cross-functionally to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

• Create, execute, and continuously refine marketing plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
• Identify target segments, conduct market research, and monitor industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.

2. Brand Management:

• Champion and uphold the brand identity and values across all marketing channels and materials.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, visual elements, and tone of communication to build a strong brand image.

3 Digital Marketing:

• Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Utilize digital analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and enhance ROI.

4. Product Marketing:

• Collaborate with product management to launch new products effectively, creating marketing collateral and sales tools.
• Conduct competitive analysis to position our products effectively in the market.

5 Marketing Communications:

• Manage the creation of engaging marketing content, including brochures, presentations, website content, and press releases.
• Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers for effective PR.

6 Trade Shows and Events:

• Plan and coordinate participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to showcase our products and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

7 Team Leadership:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
