Job Title:

Manager – Flat Knit Yarn Marketing

Location:

Punjab, India

Experience Required:

7–8 years in yarn marketing / textile sales, preferably in flat knit or circular knit yarns.

Salary:

As per industry standards (commensurate with experience and performance).

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead flat knit yarn marketing initiatives in the Punjab region. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections with factories, brands, and garment manufacturers, and a proven track record in promoting and selling yarns for flat knitting applications.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

1. Business Development & Sales

o Promote and sell flat knit yarns to factories, brands, and knitting units.

o Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers.

o Achieve monthly and annual sales and margin targets.

2. Market Expansion

o Explore new markets and customers in Punjab and nearby textile clusters.

o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

3. Customer Relationship Management

o Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

o Handle customer inquiries, technical feedback, and after-sales service efficiently.

4. Coordination with Internal Teams

o Coordinate with the production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.

o Provide input to the R&D and product development teams based on market demand.

5. Reporting & Analysis

o Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis.

o Share customer feedback and new market requirements with management.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of flat knit yarns, blends, and technical specifications.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build and manage customer relationships independently.

• Understanding of textile industry trends and yarn supply chain.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, or Marketing (preferred).
