Job Description

As a Marketing Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading offline marketing initiatives to drive retail growth and expand our brand presence. Your responsibilities will include: - Retail Expansion: - Plan and execute Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) in target cities. - Identify potential locations and manage end-to-end setup. - Offline Marketing & Activations: - Drive execution of hoardings, kiosks, in-store branding, awareness campaigns, and events. - Collaborate with vendors and creative partners for seamless rollouts. - Channel Development: - Explore and onboard Large Format Retail (LFR) and additional retail channels to enhance market reach. - Campaign Planning & Execution: - Lead seasonal offline campaigns and brand activations aligned with strategic objectives. - Track and analyze ROI and effectiveness of each initiative. - Cross-functional Coordination: - Work closely with product, digital, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, Information Technology, or a related field. - 10 years of relevant experience in marketing, retail activations, or channel development. - Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods is a plus. - Strong project management and vendor coordination skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities. This is a full-time position with benefits including leave encashment. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.,
