Marketing Manager – Solar Rooftop & Ground-Mounted Projects 💼 Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in solar/renewable energy marketing 💰 Compensation: No bar for the right candidate About the Role: We are looking for highly motivated Marketing Managers to lead region-specific marketing strategies for solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects . This role demands hands-on experience in the solar industry with a strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement. Only candidates with proven solar sector experience will be considered. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute marketing strategies tailored to rooftop and ground-mounted solar segments Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, target segments, and competitor activities Run integrated campaigns across digital, events, trade shows, and partnerships Coordinate closely with sales, engineering, and project teams to align goals Manage lead generation pipelines and measure ROI across campaigns Develop marketing content, case studies, brochures, and pitch decks Organize B2B and customer engagement events to boost brand visibility Collaborate with government agencies, EPC players, and industry influencers Monitor campaign analytics and submit regular performance reports to leadership Continuously improve outreach strategies based on customer and market feedback Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Renewable Energy, Business, or related field (MBA preferred) Minimum 3–5 years of experience in solar/renewable energy marketing Strong command over digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards Solid understanding of solar project sales cycles (rooftop + ground-mounted) Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in stakeholder collaboration and field campaign execution Willingness to travel within assigned states Show more Show less
