With expanding retail footprints in Dehradun, we’re seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to elevate our brand’s visibility, drive sales, and cultivate meaningful partnerships across the design ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s luxury positioning across digital, print, and experiential platforms.

• Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads, track performance metrics, and optimize customer acquisition strategies.

• Industry Engagement: Build relationships with interior designers, architects, and lifestyle collaborators to generate referrals and elevate brand visibility.

• Content & Campaign Leadership: Oversee content creation, social media strategy, and brand storytelling tailored to high-end clientele.

• Event Curation: Plan and manage exhibitions, showroom events, and brand collaborations that drive engagement and footfall.

• Market Analysis: Conduct competitor and trend analysis in the premium furniture segment to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Desired Profile

• 5+ years of proven experience in luxury furniture, interiors, or lifestyle branding.

• Strong grasp of premium customer behavior and aesthetic-driven marketing.

• Demonstrated success in managing sales funnels and ROI-driven campaigns.

• Excellent communication skills with a flair for visual storytelling and brand language.

• Ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions with creativity and precision.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, performance tools, and digital ad strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,338.10 - ₹66,932.04 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
