Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives.
Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure they are met.
Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and provide property solutions accordingly.
Handle negotiations and close deals effectively.
Business Development:
Identify new market opportunities, channel partners, and lead generation strategies.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities, property exhibitions, and customer meets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to legal/property regulations.
Coordinate with CRM, Legal, and Site teams for smooth sales processes.
Oversee post-sales service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
