Job Description

A Marketing Manager in a real estate company develops and executes strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive sales for residential and commercial properties. Key responsibilities include managing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, online ads), conducting market research, collaborating with sales and development teams, generating leads through fieldwork and referrals, conducting site visits, and analyzing marketing campaign performance to achieve revenue targets. Strong communication, market knowledge, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.  Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals to promote property listings and increase brand visibility.  Digital Marketing: Oversee and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising to generate leads and engage with potential clients.  Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and buyer behavior to inform marketing strategies.  Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate leads through fieldwork, digital channels, referrals, and events, and work with the sales team to convert these leads into clients.  Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support sales objectives, including providing marketing materials and conducting site visits to explain project features to prospective buyers.  Brand Engagement: Create compelling content and manage brand presence to foster strong engagement with the target audience.  Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, provide detailed reports, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.  Skills & Qualifications Industry Knowledge: Proven experience and strong knowledge of the real estate market, market trends, and different types of properties (residential, commercial).  Digital Proficiency: Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including web analytics (Google Analytics), social media management, and online advertising.  Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams.  Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.  Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, align marketing initiatives with business goals, and adapt to the evolving real estate landscape.  Sales Acumen: A results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets and driving sales conversions.
