As a Marketing Manager Sales for the Industrial Oil division in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, your role involves leading business development and marketing strategies for industrial oil products. You should have a strong understanding of lubricants, proven experience in B2B sales, and the ability to manage client relationships across various industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the industrial oil segment. - Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking. - Manage relationships with existing clients, distributors, and channel partners. - Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends. - Collaborate with the technical and product development team to offer customized solutions. - Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine marketing approaches. - Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings. - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic business plans. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing of industrial lubricants or oils. - Strong knowledge of industrial applications of lubricants and oils. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Familiarity with the Gujarat/Western India industrial market is preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. In this role, you will receive a competitive salary along with performance-based incentives and a travel allowance. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and opportunities for performance bonuses and quarterly bonuses. The work location is in person.
