Who We Are Looking For:

At RedCrabs, marketing is more than just selling—it’s about storytelling, strategy, and creating movements that people want to be part of. If you have the ability to turn products into must haves and brands into household names, this is your battlefield. What You’ll Do Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales. Position products and services to make them irresistible to the right audience. Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.

Collaborate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to create high-impact marketing assets. Conduct in-depth market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to stay ahead of the curve. Drive product launches, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and brand differentiation tactics.

Your Superpowers 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or product marketing (ATL & BTL). Expertise in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and lead generation. Proven ability to craft compelling brand narratives and positioning strategies. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, CRM tools, and performance tracking. A creative, analytical, and strategic mindset with a knack for growth hacking.

Pay: ₹13,047.11 - ₹60,542.42 per month
