Job Description

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute effective marketing plans to promote real estate projects in Lucknow.
Plan and implement digital, offline, and field marketing campaigns to generate leads and boost sales.

Sales Support & Lead Generation:

Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted marketing collateral and presentations.
Drive lead generation activities through events, advertisements, and partnerships.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and customers to enhance brand visibility.
Organize client engagement activities such as site visits, open houses, and promotional events.

Brand Management:

Maintain and enhance the companys brand image in the real estate market.
Manage social media channels, website content, and other communication platforms.

Budget & Performance Monitoring:

Plan and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Track campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals.
Mentor junior marketing staff and coordinate with external vendors/agencies.

Experience & Skills Required:

5-8 years of experience in marketing within the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes and customer behavior.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

Education:

MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
