Key responsibilities

• Strategy and planning:

Develop and implement annual brand and marketing strategies, creating strategic marketing plans with clear objectives for different channels and segments.

• Campaign execution:

Create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email), traditional advertising, and events.

• Team leadership:

Manage and guide the marketing team, coordinate with internal creative and agency teams, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.

• Market analysis and insights:

Conduct market research to understand target audiences, analyze consumer trends, and monitor competitor activities to inform strategy.

• Cross-functional collaboration:

Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure seamless execution.

• Performance analysis and reporting:

Monitor and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns, track ROI and KPIs and use data to make recommendations for improvement.

• Brand and product management:

Define product positioning, messaging, and branding in the market. This includes developing sales tools and training the sales force to sell products effectively.

• Budget management:

Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.

• Stakeholder management:

Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and partners to enhance brand visibility.

Required skills and experience

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on product marketing and brand strategy.
• Deep understanding of the Indian market, including cultural relevance and competitive landscape.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience with budget management and performance measurement (ROI, KPIs).
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
