Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop the annual outbound marketing plan.
Execute the marketing plan in collaboration with the team and with support from the sales organization.
Participate in trade shows and gather customer insights.
Systematically engage with global customers through the company website, YouTube, webinars, and social media platforms.
Define and implement the digital marketing strategy.
Responsible for online lead generation.
Create and manage online content for the website, YouTube channel, and social media posts.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E. in Electronics & Communication (preferred).
An MBA is an added advantage.
Must have work experience in the semiconductor or test & measurement industry.
Total experience: 8 to 10 years in the semiconductor or test & measurement field.
Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in Technical Sales, Application Engineering, or Outbound Marketing.
Strong experience in market segmentation and marcom (marketing communications).
Experience in marcom targeting global markets, particularly North America, Europe, and Asia.
Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and current industry trends.
Proven track record in online lead generation from target markets.
Experience in setting up and driving registrations for online webinars.
Experience in developing newsletters.
Background in online customer engagement.
