As we expand, we're seeking a talented and driven Marketing & Business Development Manager to grow with us. Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns (online & offline) Manage digital presence (social media, SEO, paid ads, email marketing) Plan and execute promotional activities, industry events, and exhibitions Oversee the design and distribution of marketing collateral Business Development Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client leads Build and maintain strong client relationships Prepare proposals and pitch decks for prospective clients Collaborate with the creative team to align marketing with production capabilities Brand Management Strengthen the Pompee VFX brand across all channels Monitor market trends and competitor activities Drive thought leadership and PR initiatives to position Pompee VFX as an industry leader Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 3+ years of experience in marketing and business development (preferably in media/animation/VFX) Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Proficiency in digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, Canva, etc. Passion for animation, creativity, and storytelling is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Creative freedom and an inspiring work culture Opportunities to work on top-tier animation and branding projects A chance to be part of an emerging powerhouse in the Indian VFX industry Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
