Marketing Manager


Position Overview:


strategic yet hands-on


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Brand Building

  • Plan and execute

    360° marketing campaigns

    (digital, print, events, social media).
  • Develop and manage a

    monthly marketing calendar

    including campaigns, content, events, and promotions.
  • Build

    brand visibility

    across online and offline platforms targeting pharma buyers and decision-makers.
  • Work with leadership to position CLYZO as a thought leader in the

    pharma raw material

    space.

Digital & Social Media Management

  • Own and manage all

    social media channels

    (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and post engaging content (graphics, reels, product highlights, success stories).
  • Monitor performance, run ad campaigns, and optimize engagement and reach.

Product Shoot & Creative Content

  • Coordinate

    product shoots

    (excipients/raw materials) for catalog, digital use, and brochures.
  • Liaise with photographers, editors, and designers to ensure quality and brand consistency.

Marketing Collateral & Communication

  • Create/update

    product brochures

    , flyers, banners, and sales decks.
  • Ensure technical content aligns with regulatory and branding standards.

Events & Trade Shows

  • Plan and manage

    CPHI exhibitions

    and similar industry events.
  • Handle booth design, branding materials, visitor engagement, and post-event follow-ups.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years

    of proven experience in marketing, preferably in

    pharma, healthcare, or B2B

    domains.
  • Strong

    creative thinking

    and the ability to produce

    out-of-the-box marketing ideas

    .
  • Must be

    located within commutable distance to Thane, Maharashtra

    .
  • Can

    join immediately

    or with short notice.
  • Hands-on experience with

    social media content

    ,

    design tools

    (Canva, Photoshop), and

    basic video content planning

    .
  • Familiar with

    pharma trade events

    , especially

    CPHI or similar exhibitions

    .
  • Experience in

    coordinating with designers, photographers, printers, and external vendors

    .
  • Strong project management and time management skills.


Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of

    pharma excipients

    or raw materials.
  • Understanding of

    compliance-driven marketing

    in regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with tools like

    Mailchimp, HubSpot, or CRM platforms

    .
