Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, qualified lead generation, and customer engagement for our residential property portfolio . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of real estate marketing , with a focus on residential projects . Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive residential real estate marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target markets. Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and hands-on support. Collaborate closely with Sales, Property Development, and Design teams to align marketing efforts with property inventory and buyer demand. Analyse buyer personas, market trends, and competitor activity to refine marketing approaches for residential buyers . Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient and impactful campaign delivery. Monitor campaign performance, interpret analytics, and generate actionable performance reports. Oversee the creation of compelling content tailored to residential buyers, including listings, blog posts, social media, property videos etc. Coordinate marketing support for residential project launches, property shows, virtual tours , and promotional campaigns. Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Minimum 3 years of marketing experience , ideally with exposure to the residential real estate sector . Proven track record in developing and executing high-performing marketing campaigns for property or real estate brands . Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative, team-focused approach. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, etc.). Experience in lead generation for residential property sales, especially for international or NRI buyers (a plus). Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and optimize accordingly. Excellent writing, editing, and content planning skills for real estate-specific messaging. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
