Job Description

As a Marketing Manager at the Architect Company, your role is crucial in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless project execution. You will be responsible for various key tasks: - **Client Outreach & Inquiry Management:** - Make initial calls to potential clients to understand their project requirements and introduce the company's services. - Efficiently respond to client inquiries, providing detailed information about ongoing or upcoming projects. - Share project details with clients based on their needs and ensure clear communication throughout the process. - **Client Communication & Follow-up:** - Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and their expectations are managed. - Follow-up on previous discussions to gather required details and pass them to the relevant teams for project execution. - Keep clients updated on the status of their projects, ensuring timely feedback and progress updates. - **Project Coordination:** - Collaborate with front office staff and project managers to facilitate smooth client interactions. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure clients are kept informed of progress. - Identify potential business opportunities from client interactions and follow up on leads. - **Marketing & Promotion:** - Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote the firm's architectural services to new and existing clients. - Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility. - Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into projects and provide valuable insights to align marketing efforts with client needs. - **Reporting & Analysis:** - Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and client outreach initiatives. - Provide regular reports to senior management on client interactions, project updates, and marketing performance. - Use client feedback and market insights to adjust marketing strategies for better engagement. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the architecture, design, or construction industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing tools. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive, self-starter with a focus on delivering results. - Knowledge of architecture or construction-related fields is a plus. In this role, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience with CRM software and client management systems, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs, will be advantageous.,
