Marketing Manager

Role Overview: As a Marketing Manager (Reown & SAARC), you will be responsible for leading all marketing initiatives for the Reown and SAARC businesses. Your main focus will be optimizing exchange, buy, and sell inquiries, improving customer satisfaction, and providing dedicated marketing support across all digital and offline campaigns. Additionally, you will be involved in building and executing annual and festive promotional calendars for Reown and SAARC markets, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines, analyzing monthly MIS data, and overseeing the marketing budget and spends. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize exchange, buy, and sell inquiries, and improve customer satisfaction through dedicated marketing support. - Build and execute annual and festive promotional calendars for Reown and SAARC markets. - Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all consumer touchpoints. - Analyze monthly MIS data and conversion funnels, and report findings. - Oversee the marketing budget and adherence to spends, including monthly phasing of advertising and promotion. - Identify and nurture suitable BTL agency partners/vendors to drive customer engagement strategy. - Execute BTL events/promotions across targeted markets and touchpoints to deliver strategic objectives for Reown. - Manage the marketing/business funnel for Reown and SAARC, both digital and offline. - Ensure timely delivery of creative assets and execution of the paid media plan. - Review monthly MIS with the agency and strategize the paid media plan. - Ensure new launches pre and post campaigns adhere to brand guidelines for SAARC. - Deliver monthly/quarterly marketing assets and execute activities as per the plan for both Reown and SAARC markets.
