Marketing Manager

 Job Title: Shopify Listing Executive About Us: We are well known fashion brands specializing in women’s ethnic wear with a strong presence. Our goal is to provide seamless online shopping experiences with high-quality product offerings. We are looking for a skilled Shopify Listing Executive cum Shopify Manager to join our digital team and take ownership of our Shopify stores. Job Schedule: Mon – Sunday,( 1- weekoff ) Time: Timing: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM. Gender: Male/Female Prefer Surat Candidate to avoid timing issue. Key Responsibilities: ● Key Responsibilities 1. Product Listing & Catalog Management * Upload, update, and manage product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, tags, variants, SEO, etc.). * Ensure proper categorization and keyword-rich product descriptions. * Maintain consistency and accuracy across all SKUs. ● Store Management * Manage and update themes, banners, homepages, and landing pages. * Ensure smooth checkout and order management flow (Testing Site On Daily Basis) * Monitor and report any techinal or optimization issues ● Marketing Support * Work with marketing team on promotions, discounts, and campaigns. * Support in creating collections for festivals, sales, and new launches. ● Coordination * Work closely with the marketing, operations, and design teams. * Ensure proper stock sync between backend inventory and website. ● Multi-Marketplace Exposure (Learning & Execution) * Learn and assist in listing products on other e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, etc.). * Support in maintaining product data, pricing, and stock sync across platforms. * Be a helping hand in ensuring smooth listing for marketplace accounts. ● Skills: 1. Proven experience with Shopify product listing and store management. 2. Understanding of Shopify Admin Panel, apps, and integrations. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs 4. Good communication and coordination skills. 5. Fashion/e-commerce background preferred.
