Job Overview:

Mitesh Rathi Classes is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and drive student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for student outreach and brand awareness.
• Manage digital marketing, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email campaigns.
• Plan and execute offline marketing strategies such as seminars, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with schools, coaching institutes, and educational influencers for promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and student preferences to optimize strategies.
• Handle lead generation, nurturing, and conversion through various channels.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to improve ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and offline promotional techniques.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
