Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Marketing Manager/Head

Job Location: Kompally - Hyderabad

Employment Mode: Permanent/Full Time

Working Mode: Work from office

Experience: 8 years+ in Marketing, preferably in Solar EPC or related industry.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  1. Strong knowledge of branding and promotional strategies (both ATL and BTL).
  2. Proven experience in conducting offline and online campaigns.
  3. Strong expertise in B2B and B2C customer interaction.
  4. Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead generation strategies.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  7. Strong coordination skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Execute brand promotion activities through both digital and offline channels.
  • Plan and manage ATL (Above the Line) activities: Digital marketing for brand promotions, PPC, social media campaigns, and SEO strategies.
  • Plan and manage BTL (Below the Line) activities: Newspaper ads, print media, flyers, brochures, and other offline campaigns.

2. Offline & Online Campaign Management

  • Design and implement offline campaigns such as events, exhibitions, seminars, and trade shows.
  • Execute online campaigns, ensuring integration with digital platforms for maximum reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Business Development, Tele-calling, Digital Marketing) for cohesive campaign execution.

3. Lead Generation & Customer Interaction (B2B / B2C)

  • Identify and generate leads through offline and online marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct direct B2B and B2C customer interactions to understand requirements and promote offerings.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty.

4. Content Creation & Digital Presence

  • Create marketing collateral: Brochures, case studies, presentations, video, and graphical content.
  • Manage content for the website, blogs, and social media channels.
  • Optimize digital marketing campaigns for better reach and engagement.

5. Partnerships & Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with external PR agencies, media houses, and advertising partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and supervise production of marketing materials and offline advertisements.

6. Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance and report insights to senior management.
  • Perform competitor analysis to benchmark activities and propose improvements.
