Job Description

Role Overview: As a Head of Marketing at IDS Logic, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in effectively promoting the company's message across all digital channels. You will manage IDS Logic's social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, create email blast campaigns to target key customers, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Your role will involve planning, executing, and managing all marketing and digital marketing activities for IDS Logic, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Additionally, you will work with a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain IDS Logic's digital presence and deliver targeted content. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and manage all marketing & digital marketing for IDS Logic, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media - Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content - Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain IDS Logic's digital presence - Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels - Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to optimize user experience - Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content - Create and manage content for IDS Logic social media, emails, and other digital communication forms - Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends for implementing into digital marketing campaigns - Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs - Collaborate with the marketing team and other department heads to brainstorm growth strategies and marketing techniques - Develop and monitor campaign budgets, collaborating with finance staff - Stay updated on the latest social media trends and implement them in marketing campaigns Qualifications Required: - Social media savvy with a passion for staying on top of trends - Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation - Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with other departments - In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices - Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends - Strong project management and managerial skills Additional Details: Experience in digital marketing or a related field is preferred In-depth knowledge of current digital trends Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics Analytical mind with a passion for measuring data Note: Salary will be as per company norms and the location for this position is Noida.
