About the Role

  • As a manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s brand reputation and position as a global leader in the space of Green Hydrogen & Green Ammonia. You will work with business development managers, account managers, designers, and other team members to create social media content that is on-brand and aligned with the market objectives. Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns tailored to diverse international audiences. Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for managing social media paid advertising campaigns, analysing data and insights to optimise performance, and developing reports for clients. The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media for multiple brands, excellent writing and editing skills, and a strong understanding of social media analytics.

Marketing Communication

  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns tailored to diverse international audiences.

  • Collaborate to synchronise global marketing efforts with local nuances
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, blogs, etc., that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies

Brand Management

  • Manage and enhance the organisation's brand on a global scale, incorporating cultural sensitivities and market expectations
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Implement and oversee global brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive brand image across regions
  • Monitor and respond to international market trends and competitor activities

Public Relations

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international media contacts
  • Craft and disseminate global press releases, statements, and other media communications
  • Lead crisis communication efforts on a global scale, safeguarding the organisation's international reputation.

Social Media Management

  • Responsible for the strategy and operation of performance-driven campaigns on social media, aligning with business development initiatives
  • Identify and launch new strategic social channels. Oversee the design of our social media accounts (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, etc.).
  • Proactively create, edit, and schedule engaging content for use daily across various social media channels.

Storyboard and collaborate closely with stakeholders on the creation of visual assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably for an established brand with international exposure
  • Proven experience in integrated marketing, business development, and public relations with a focus on communication and partnership development
  • Ability to build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing, together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers and technology, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media management.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and creativity.
  • Familiarity with international trends in online and offline advertising.
  • Exceptional at working within a team setting as well as on one’s own, must be self-driven.
  • Bachelor’s degree plus a postgraduate degree in business management.
