About the Role

We are looking for a visionary marketing leader to join our team in Chennai as a Marketing Manager . The ideal candidate brings a strong background in brand marketing, digital strategy, and creative leadership, with a deep understanding of building high-impact teams and customer-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and define the overall global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

Own and grow the brand through compelling storytelling, campaigns, and digital initiatives.

Manage and mentor the global marketing team to drive excellence, creativity, and results.

Build and execute integrated marketing plans across channels and platforms.

Work closely with product, sales, and leadership to align marketing with business goals.

Lead brand positioning, market research, and audience segmentation strategies.

Bonus: Drive go-to-market plans for new product and service launches.

Requirements

8–10+ years of experience in a leadership marketing role

Experience in Medtec, Healthtech or technology sectors.

Proven expertise in brand marketing, marketing strategy, seo tools , Lead generation digital campaigns, and team leadership.

Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Go-to-market and product launch experience is a plus.
