Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive to drive business growth through client acquisition, lead generation, and brand promotion. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a flair for design, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to generate qualified leads.
• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and coordinate with the design team.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, and vendors.
• Manage social media and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads.
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and marketing initiatives.
• Track sales performance and report progress to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales (preferably in interior design, real estate, or architecture).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and client acquisition strategies.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.

Pay: ₹14,874.94 - ₹64,810.08 per month
