Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the real estate industry. Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance on sales planning, forecasting, and strategy development. Identify new business opportunities through target marketing efforts and lead generation initiatives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions and optimize performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial sales growth. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in Marketing Management or Sales Management in the Real Estate sector. Proven track record of achieving targets in residential or commercial sales environments. Strong understanding of Sales Planning, Sales Strategy, Sales Forecasting, Target Achievement, Target Marketing principles.
