Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard new referral doctors within the assigned territory.
Regularly visit and maintain relationships with existing referral partners to drive engagement and increase patient referrals.
Track, monitor, and report referral numbers, referral sources, and feedback from partner doctors.
Organize periodic meetings, Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, and engagement events for the medical community.
Resolve issues or concerns raised by referral doctors promptly to ensure their satisfaction.
Maintain thorough documentation and records for all interactions and referrals.
Comply with company policies and uphold industry standards regarding ethical promotional activities.
Coordinate event management activities, oversee referral doctor follow-ups, and organize CME and corporate tie-up events.
Implement brand development initiatives using expertise in systems and design tools, while maintaining domain-specific standards.
