Role & responsibilities Promote hospital services to increase patient footfall (OP/IP) Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors for referral generation Coordinate and organize health camps, awareness programs, and CMEs Manage digital platforms: social media, website updates, Google reviews Develop marketing content brochures, posters, doctor videos, health blogs Handle patient enquiries, lead follow-ups, and CRM updates Build corporate and insurance tie-ups for health packages and services Monitor online reputation and respond to reviews/feedback Ensure branding consistency across all hospital materials Liaise with print and digital media for promotions and coverage Work closely with operations and clinical teams to align marketing activities Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports Coordinate internal events Doctor Day, Patient Awareness Week, etc. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Hospital Administration, or related field 2–5 years of experience in healthcare/hospital marketing (preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & local language) Good knowledge of social media and digital tools (Google Ads, Canva, etc.) Experience in field marketing, referrals, and event coordination Able to interact confidently with doctors, patients, and vendors Creative, self-driven, and result-oriented Empathetic, team player, and multitasker with time management skills

Role & responsibilities Attend to patients in OPD, ER, IP wards, and ICU. Perform initial assessment and stabilize emergency cases. Conduct daily rounds and monitor patient vitals. Implement treatment plans as per consultant instructions. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Handle medical emergencies, Code Blue ,RRT, and MLC cases. Ensure proper communication during shift handovers. Assist in minor procedures and provide basic clinical care. Coordinate with nursing and paramedical teams. Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols. Preferred candidate profile Qualification: MBBS with valid State/MCI registration Experience: 03 years (freshers can apply) Skills: BLS/ACLS certified, sound clinical knowledge, good decision-making Attributes: Patient-focused, calm under pressure, ethical, team player Availability: Willing to work in rotational day/night shifts Language: Proficient in English and regional language preferred
