Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible to identify and approach new brands, buyers, and clients across PAN India to pitch for sports shoe manufacturing orders and generate business leads.
Will generate leads, finalize orders, and establish strong professional relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business.
Prepare sales data, reports, and business development plans and present them to management for achieving company growth objectives.
Analyze market trends, upcoming designs, and buyer preferences to identify new business opportunities and minimize potential risks.
Coordinate with Production, Design, Development, and Operations departments for smooth execution of orders and timely deliveries.
Develop effective marketing strategies and roadmaps for expanding the domestic business in the footwear sector.
Liaise with government and related departments, as well as key industry associations, for smooth business functioning and compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA / Degree / Diploma
in Footwear, Textile, Leather, or Marketing from a recognized institute.
5-10 years of experience
in domestic marketing, preferably in
sports shoes or related manufacturing categories
.
Excellent English communication skills
with a confident, professional personality.
