Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a creative mindset, and hands-on experience in digital and offline marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and monitor all marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and field marketing activities.
• Supervise the marketing team and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales, admissions, and communication departments to achieve targets.
• Experience in university/educational marketing or institutional promotions.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
• Plan promotional events, sponsorships, and branding activities.
• Oversee content creation for social media, advertising, and other promotional materials.
• Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing or brand management (education sector preferred).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage field marketing operations and team coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
