You’ll own strategy and execution across brand, content, performance, and partnerships. If you’ve ever worn a founder or early-stage hat before (or wished you had), you’ll feel at home here. You’ll craft the narrative, ship campaigns, set up the growth stack, and directly influence pipeline and revenue. Scrappy > fancy. Outcomes > vanity. What will you do every day? Own the plan: Build and run a pragmatic marketing plan across LinkedIn, content, email, website, and paid. Ship content that sells: Case studies, growth stories, landing pages, short-form videos, and newsletters. Stand up the growth stack: Analytics, attribution, SEO hygiene, CRM/marketing automation, lead routing. Performance & demand gen: Test channels (LinkedIn, Meta, partners), manage budgets, and scale what works. Influencers & partners: Identify and nurture creators, collaborators, and ecosystem partners that drive qualified demand Brand consistency: Keep messaging crisp across sales, productized services, and creative assets. Research & insights: Study the CRO + growth landscape, map buyer personas, and turn insights into positioning. Launches & moments: Plan campaigns, product launches, client spotlights, webinars, and experiments. Cross-functional: Work tightly with the founder and CRO/research teams to align growth roadmap with market signal. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications 3–6 years of hands-on, multi-channel marketing—ideally in startup, agency, or early-stage environments Strong generalist range: able to think strategically and execute fast Exposure to international markets; education or work experience outside India preferred Strong grasp of content, SEO, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and experimentation Excellent copywriting + storytelling that converts attention into action Tool fluency: Google Analytics 4 / Looker Studio, HubSpot / ActiveCampaign, Webflow, Meta / LinkedIn Ads, Notion Data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving — you A/B test your instincts Strong project management — hit deadlines, manage budgets, keep multiple trains running Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and data teams Good to Have Domain exposure to eCommerce, SaaS, or growth agencies Experience generating leads via case studies, co-marketing, or events Familiarity with CRO, funnel optimization, and offer testing Experience using AI-powered tools for marketing or content generation How We Measure Success Qualified leads and opportunities influenced by marketing Content velocity and engagement-to-lead conversion ROI and efficiency: CAC/LTV, pipeline velocity Campaign delivery quality and timeliness Why Work with Blue Bagels?
