Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to support business objectives
  
• Manage online and offline marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email, and social media
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
  
• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through digital platforms
  
• Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align on brand messaging
  
• Oversee content creation, blog strategy, case studies, videos, etc.
  
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend across campaigns
  
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversions)
  
• Supervise external agencies/vendors and marketing team members
  
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and local networking initiatives
  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  
• 5+ years of experience in marketing (digital + traditional)
  
• Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc.
  
• Proven experience in lead generation, campaign management, and brand positioning
  
• Excellent communication, team management, and strategic thinking skills
  
• Experience with B2B/B2C marketing (based on your industry)
  
• Familiarity with Pune market dynamics is a plus
