Marketing Manager

Role Summary:
Crimson Schools is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing and outreach initiatives for its Jaipur campus. The role involves planning and implementing strategies to enhance brand visibility, support admissions, and strengthen community engagement. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in school marketing and admissions campaigns, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in an educational setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement marketing strategies to promote Crimson Schools in Jaipur.
• Plan and execute campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and social media platforms.
• Support student admissions by driving lead generation, inquiry conversions, and admission events.
• Manage the school’s digital presence, including website and social media.
• Collaborate with admission counselors, academic teams, and leadership to align marketing with admissions goals.
• Organize school events, parent interaction programs, and community engagement activities.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, and parent expectations to refine strategies.
• Maintain vendor relationships for creative, advertising, and promotional materials.
• Analyze marketing performance and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in schools or the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of both offline and digital marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to drive admissions-focused campaigns.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹66,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
