Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage key marketing activities
Manage research activities to explore new market opportunities and develop related business strategies
Plan and set clear goals and targets
Successfully plan and implement marketing plans to identify qualified decision-makers and build company/service awareness
Identify, secure, and manage partnerships with external organizations and internal teams to create new services and enhance existing ones
Lead promotional activities
Manage and mentor the team effectively
Identify training needs and provide training to team members when necessary
Generate weekly MIS reports on team performance
