Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement marketing activities, working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Manage inbound lead generation efforts, ensuring that leads from various sources (website, digital campaigns, social media, and events) are captured, qualified, and distributed to the sales team promptly.
  • Engage with external agencies to manage the deployment of digital campaigns, email marketing, and social media activities.
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives for exhibitions, trade shows, and events, ensuring successful participation and lead generation.
  • Manage and track marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and nurture campaigns, ensuring smooth integration between marketing and sales activities.
  • Ensure revenue generated from marketing budget expenditure is at least 100% higher than the investments.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining content for various channels, including the company website, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collect case studies and structure them to present more efficiently on social media.
  • Support the implementation of marketing automation tools and CRM systems to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe, and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in managing inbound lead generation and nurturing processes, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and lead qualification techniques.
  • Proven ability to increase followers on all social media platforms by at least 10% more than the previous month.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role, preferably in the equipment rental or industrial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
