Preferred candidate profile 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in the Railway Division or related infrastructure space . Strong understanding of government procurement processes, vendor onboarding, and railway project cycles. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Role & responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the industrial business across designated regions Responsible for developing collaterals, presentations, case studies, and comprehensive comparative analyses for client engagements Identify, engage, and convert industrial clients (Metal, Power, oil & gas, etc.) for work-at-height services. Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures. Build and nurture relationships with chief safety, decision-makers, influencers, and procurement teams of industrial clients Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to promote solutions. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and client events. Drive safety culture and compliance by promoting safety-first practices in client discussions and internal team coordination. Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales forecasts, performance reports, and budget proposals to senior management, providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or equivalent. MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred. 8-12 years of experience in B2B industrial sales Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships. Strong understanding of industrial clients and safety solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
