Detailed Work Description

Brand Management

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the

    brands personality, values, and positioning

    and ensure all marketing communication aligns with it.
  • Act as the

    brand custodian

    , maintaining consistent tone, visual identity, and messaging across all channels.
  • Monitor brand communication for adherence to

    Do’s and Don’ts

    as defined in brand guidelines.
  • Lead brand awareness initiatives and ensure consistent representation in all internal and external communication.

Team Management

  • Build and train the marketing team as approved by senior management.
  • Clearly communicate goals, updates, and expectations to all team members.
  • Ensure team members meet pre-defined

    KRAs (Key Result Areas)

  • Evaluate performance and support career development through feedback and mentoring.

Marketing Planning & Strategy

  • Develop

    annual and monthly marketing plans

    covering Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management, creative, content, and client teams to execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Continuously

    analyze industry trends, competition, and market data

    to keep strategies updated.
  • Modify and renew marketing strategies based on performance insights and suggestions.
  • Generate innovative ideas to enhance

    mall performance and customer engagement

Execution & Campaign Management

  • Oversee

    end-to-end execution

    of marketing campaigns—creative development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Ensure timely

    photo and video shoots

    of mall activities and events.
  • Track campaign results, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Agencies, PR & External Stakeholder Management

  • Identify and hire the best

    advertising, PR, digital, and event agencies

    (subject to management approval).
  • Supervise performance of creative, online, and media partners.
  • Negotiate

    contracts and deliverables

    to secure the best value for money.
  • Select appropriate

    ATL & BTL media channels

    for each campaign to suit target markets.
  • Oversee

    social media strategy, content marketing

    , and ensure the right ambience through mall dcor, activations, and events.
  • Build a strong

    PR and digital presence

    for the Lulu Mall brand.
  • Develop and maintain a

    vendor database

    with competitive pricing for marketing needs.
