Marketing Manager

Brand & Strategy

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote brand image and increase showroom footfall.
• Position the dealership as a premium brand experience in the local market.
• Coordinate with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for branding, campaign guidelines, and approvals.

Campaigns & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (offline & digital) to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to track and improve lead conversion metrics.
• Organize and manage local events, test-drive campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement activities.

Digital & Social Media

• Manage website, SEO/SEM, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with high-quality content.
• Track and optimize ROI from digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Monitor online reviews and reputation management.

Customer Engagement

• Design CRM-based campaigns for new, existing, and premium clientele.
• Implement customer loyalty and referral programs.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams for customer feedback, satisfaction initiatives, and festive promotions.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Liaison with creative agencies, media partners, vendors, and OEM marketing teams.
• Analyze marketing performance, prepare monthly dashboards and reports for management.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and budgets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
