Location: Aryavedant Public School, Chamrauli, Agra Job Type: Full-time, On-site Experience: 2–5 Years in Marketing, Sales, or Education Management About the Role Aryavedant Public School is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth and admission strategies. We are an institution aspiring for international standards, and we need a professional who can communicate that vision to parents and the wider community. You will be the "Face of the School" for prospective parents, responsible for driving inquiries, managing school branding, and ultimately increasing student enrollment. Key Responsibilities 1. Admissions & Lead Generation (Primary Goal) Design and execute strategies to meet annual admission targets. Manage the entire "Admissions Funnel": From the first inquiry to the final fee submission. Counsel prospective parents (Walk-ins and Tele-calling), showcasing the school’s USPs and infrastructure effectively. Follow up on leads generated through Facebook, Google, and offline campaigns. 2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Manage the school’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). Capture life at school (photos/videos) to showcase our culture. Oversee "Google My Business" profile reviews and ratings to ensure the school appears in local "near me" searches. Coordinate with graphic designers to create engaging creatives for festivals, admissions, and achievements. 3. Outreach & Ground Marketing Identify key catchment areas (nearby villages/localities) in Agra/Chamrauli for targeted marketing activities (pamphlet distribution, canopies, local tie-ups). Organize Open House events, scholarship tests, or summer camps to bring footfall to the campus. Build relationships with feeder preschools in the area. 4. Brand Management Ensure all communication (banners, brochures, website) maintains a premium, international standard. Monitor competitor activities in Agra and propose counter-strategies. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: MBA in Marketing (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree with a strong track record. Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development. Experience in the Education/EdTech sector is a massive plus. Communication: Excellent fluency in English and Hindi is non-negotiable. You must be able to converse confidently with educated parents and corporate partners. Tech-Savvy: Must be comfortable using CRM tools (or Excel) to track leads, and basic knowledge of Canva/Social Media tools. Personality: High energy, presentable, and willing to travel locally for field visits when required.
